I’m the CTO at WeGive, where I focus on building systems that help an entire business operate at a higher level. My work goes beyond writing code. I align people, process, and technology so the company can scale with clarity and discipline. I care as much about strengthening what already exists as I do about creating what comes next. Strong foundations, thoughtful automation, and resilient infrastructure are the quiet advantages that compound over time.

I am wired to think in moves and positioning. Progress rarely happens by accident. It comes from making deliberate decisions early, creating leverage, and staying several steps ahead of where you intend to go. I am energized by building momentum inside a company and helping others move forward with intention rather than reacting to circumstances.

Outside of work, I’m a licensed pilot. Aviation reinforces how I approach leadership and life: preparation matters, details matter, judgment matters. I also spend time riding and rebuilding motorcycles and keeping an old two-stroke boat running. I’m drawn to machines and environments that reward care, patience, and mechanical understanding.

At the core, I build, maintain, and advance the systems I’m responsible for — whether that system is a company, a machine, or my own capabilities.
